Main Responsibility
  • Recruit new offline sales agents for B2B and B2C sales
  • Increase effectiveness of sales agents through ongoing training and development programmes
  • Create structured sales team management processes and tools to monitor and improve the perfomance of the teams
  • Build clear reporting processes
  • Work with related departments to improve the sales and customer experience
Required Skills And Qualification
  • Minimum 2 years in Sale
  • Minimum one year managing offline sales teams
  • University degree
  • Strong written communication skills in English and Kiswahili
  • Strong analytical skills (Excel)
