 What you can expect from The Role:

• Collecting, monitoring, and analyzing market information & market insight, providing analysis to support price forecasts & negotiation strategy of the related categories.
• Support the team in delivering KPIs such as buying productivity/buying competitiveness, alternative supplier studies, cash, sustainability, value chain projects, etc.
• Handling operational issues when they arise.
• Being in close relationships with Global Procurement teams to create opportunities & synergies with different UL regions.
• Following up on the procurement projects' action plans and making sure the execution is in line with the timeline.
• Verifying supplier compliance, weekly reviewing and tracking on supplier's compliance status.
• Responsible for signing materials specs with suppliers & executing procurement contracts.
• Responsible for the new supplier identification process on the UL portal.

• Bachelor’s degree in any related studies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-change environment.
• Analytical thinking and proven ability to solve problems and sustain results through a data-driven process.
• Fluency in English
• Efficient Time management – Multitasking
• Must be a self-starter with strong accountability & responsibility.
• Must be strong on execution, have analytical skills, and be proactive.
• Must be able to work independently and virtually.
• Must be able to build relationships with people across the business (internally & externally).
• Team player & good human relationship.
